The courses are designed to promote, support and assist care workers and families to understand and work alongside service users who have dementia and give them the dignity they need to achieve and maintain the level of independence, choice and control in care environments.

 

Dementia awareness will give the delegate a greater understanding of dementia and enables them to build relationships and offer help to Service Users.
