Whatever the sector an organisation is in or whatever the type of systems and processes it uses, equality issues are all around. Our societies have become vastly more diverse as a result of increased international travelling, real-time communication and improved awareness of people’s strengths and weaknesses.
Who should attend?
This is a Level 1 course essential for both employer and employees alike. The course has been designed to assist with achieving an understanding of how the Equality Act 2010 and equality issues in general affect every day lives in the workplace.

Respond to attitudes and behaviours related to diversity and learn how to express yourself better when dealing with others
Understand the implications of failure to comply with the revised equalities legislation.
